Surf & Turf Trip – Deposit Terms & Conditions
 
1. Deposit Amount
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required to secure your place on the Surf & Turf trip.
 
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend the trip.
 
3. Payment & Booking
• Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance and payment deadlines will be communicated in due course.
 
4. Trip Information

5. Transferability
Deposits are non-transferable to other trips or individuals unless explicitly agreed by the organiser.
 
6. Changes & Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the trip is cancelled by the organiser, you will be contacted with alternative options.
